Boris Johnson hides whilst country underwater

Storm Dennis has caused some of the worst floods on record; homes and businesses have been flooded and many people had to be evacuated. Through all this Boris Johnson has remained silent; restating his tactic of ignoring problems in the hope that they will go away.
