The Presents

Different Creatures brought you them,
The transparent white memory,
The cold seeds, discarded,
That radiant, dancing thing.
The paper with the scissor damage,
The swirls and sounds,
The sheer, the sheer, the sheer.

I revelled in the bright gifts
But the others confuddled the place.
So we found a solution
To all the destruction:
A canopy will cover this.
Be our lucky lady.
