Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi has been urged to give Libyans a “chance of freedom”.Foreign nationals are fleeing the uprising in Libya while protesters close in on Tripoli, one of the only cities still under government control.A plane chartered by BP and others arrived at Gatwick airport earlier today, carrying 78 passengers. A government-chartered flight left for Tripoli at 2200 GMT yesterday.
