October 31st-November 6th: The Blues Show
Purple was in need of some chill-out time as University work really kicked in. This top show will de-stress even the most panicky of students; ‘The Blues Show’!
Alex Carruth and Chris Blake-Turner play you some of the best blues records around from Delta to Blues-rock. The show also contains a “Thirty Minute Theme” giving listeners a chance to delve into a specific area of the Blues scene.

November 14th-20th: Back to Mine
A show which really caught our attention was Tom and Dave’s Outpost slot ‘Back to Mine’. The presenters play music you might hear if you came ‘back to their house’. Playing anything from funk to electronic, soul to chill-out, trip-hop to acoustic, rock to jazz, this show provides a variety of great music and chat.
With features such as ‘What is hip?’ and ‘What’s not got melon?’ it’s as much fun as if you were actually at their house.
Make sure to tune in to ‘Back to Mine’ every Monday at 20:00.
